Magdalini Souli focuses on tax controversy and tax litigation. She advises and represents legal entities and individuals before the Greek tax authorities on tax audits as well as before the Dispute Resolution Directorate of the Independent Authority for Public Revenues and the Greek Administrative Courts. Prior to joining KBVL, Magdalini worked as Consultant at General Secretariat for Legal & Parliamentary Affairs from 2019 to 2020, as responsible for the coordination of the lawmaking process and the consultation of the Ministries during the drafting – of legislation- process.
